Birthday Parties Information and Pricing:

Starstruck All Stars Birthday Party Information and Pricing

Booking Fee: $25 booking fee that is to be paid online through our JackRabbit System the day you book your party with Starstruck All Stars ! The booking fee is nonrefundable.

 

Up to 15 Kids: $175 the day of your party. We accept checks, cash or can charge you online through the JackRabbit System by credit card. Over 15 Kids: $225 the day of your party.

Cleaning Fee: If any food, trash, decorations are left on the floor or within the building we will charge $50 to your account. All trash must be in the trash cans. Staff will set up and tear down tables and chairs!

 

How to Book:

*Create an account with us at www.starstruckiowa.com

*Email jill.starstruck@gmail.com to discuss date and time.  Most Birthday Party time slots will be on Saturdays and Sundays.  

*Add your credit card on file through your online account! (If you do not have a valid credit card on file with us you will not be able to book your party)

*Pay your $25 booking fee online! Party!

*Additional Information All guests of the birthday party will need to fill out the Starstruck All Stars Medical Release Form. and Waiver.

 

Please bring all forms at the beginning of the party. If you need additional forms we have them at the gym, but a parent of the guest will need to fill out the form when they arrive for the party.

 

Make efforts to keeping our mats, equipment and party area clean and make sure it is taken care of.  Please do your part in picking up your trash, taking care of the equipment, etc.

 

No food in the cheer gym. Food must be eaten only in the dance studio room.

 

Gum must be spit out BEFORE entering Starstruck All Stars.

 

You are allowed to come in and decorate 30 minutes before your party start time.

 

No tape/tacs on walls. Only tape that is permitted is painters tape.

 

You are allowed to bring ANY food of your choice to your party, but it must stay in the dance studio room. No Red Juice.

 

Please ensure we are following the Starstruck policy of no food on or near the mats! Statstruck will provide tables for the party.  If you would like to bring your own table cloths - Our tables are long rectangle tables, depending on the size of table clothes you may need 2 table clothes per table.  Typical party has 2-3 tables set up for eating, presents, cake, etc.

 

What to wear? It’s best if you let your party know that you will be doing physical activity. They can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.

 

No outdoor shoes will be allowed on the mats. Many wear cheer shoes or bring an extra pair of clean socks. 

 

You may wear items such as, tshirt and shorts, leotards, sports bra and shorts, dance shoes, etc. No requirements.
