If you are new to our gym and you're checking us out for the first time, let me give you a quick rundown of who we are and what we do at Starstruck All Stars.

 

We are Central Iowa’s only Competitive Cheerleading Gym & Competitive Dance Studio.

 

Our staff, coaches and instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about their area of focus and want your child to improve and succeed.  

In the CHEER GYM we offer three categories of competitive cheer:

Novice, Prep, and Elite.

Checkout our CHEER page to learn more about the differences between the levels, competitions, and our Regional and National Travel Teams for Elite level teams. We practice on competition grade spring floors and mats, utilize tumble tracks, wedges, and a variety of equipment and strength techniques to accelerate development and performance abilities.

We also offer TUMBLING to ages 3yrs and older and all tumbling levels.  Whether its your first time, you're looking to push past a plateau in your progression, you want a private lesson, or you're preparing for high school or college tryouts. We can provide what you're looking for. 

In the DANCE STUDIO we offer Dance and Tumbling classes ages 3-18, all skill levels,  ballet, lyrical, hip hop, kick&jazz, solos, duets, and trios.  ALL STAR DANCE COMPETITION TEAMS are invitation teams, with a tryout, which travel to multiple competitions throughout the year.

We offer a variety of physical activities for your child to choose from.  Cheer, Tumbling and Dance complement all other sports in unique and beneficial ways regarding balance, body control, explosiveness, strength and flexibility.  All of these aid in reduced injuries and better performance.
