CHEER

ALL STAR - ELITE    PREP - NOVICE - REC

ELITE CHEER

Elite is our highest competitive level of cheer.  We realize that this level of Cheer isn’t for everyone.  Competition level cheer is intense and it takes extra commitment to compete at this level. There is heavy emphasis on physical fitness, conditioning, strength, flexibility, proper nutrition, and time management.  This is for athletes who like a challenge and aren’t afraid to work for it.  We travel out of state to competitions in KS, MO, IL, and D2 Summit at Disney World in Orlando Florida!

NOVICE CHEER

Novice Cheer is great for athletes who are usually beginners and are somewhat new to Cheer.  It’s a great level to learn the basics.  This level is similar to Rec but these teams will go to competition.  This level accommodates a wide range of skill levels and experience and is a great introduction to Cheer who also want to experience the Competition environment.

This is for athletes who are looking to start on the path to Competitive Cheer for a more relaxed approach that allows athletes to develop their skills at a pace that’s more comfortable for them

PREP CHEER

Prep Cheer is our most popular level of Cheer and is an intermediate level of competitive cheer.  This level accommodates a wide spectrum of skill levels and experience.

This is for athletes who are continuing to build their portfolio of skills and also want a competition experience. Many athletes eventually continue onto the Elite level.

Teams are prepared for Competitions but it’s not as intense as the Elite level.

REC CHEER

Rec (recreational) Cheer is great for athletes who are usually beginners and are somewhat new to Cheer.  It’s a great level to learn the basics.  As interest in the sport of Cheer continues to grow Rec is also one of our more popular levels.  This level accommodates a wide range of skill levels and experience and is a great introduction to Cheer.

This is for athletes who are looking for a more relaxed approach that allows athletes to develop their skills at a pace that’s more comfortable for them.  Our Rec Teams do not compete.  Teams prepare to perform at our 2 shows as well 1-2 additional performance opportunities. Many athletes eventually continue onto the Prep level.
